posters and league fundraisers.
Our posters and/or fundraising is great for
town, travel and high school and middle
school sports.
Here are a few frequently asked questions:
Q. How does the fundraiser work?
A. After your poster is designed and
finalized, kids will have the opportunity to
raise funds by offering smaller printed
versions to family and friends (8X10 and
4x6). They will receive forms to keep track
of their orders.

Q. When does the photo shoot take place?
A. Your photo shoot takes place once your
postgame team meeting is done. Photo shoots
usually last only 8 minutes or so.
Q. Why are orders pre-paid?
A. We print all team poster orders at one
time, so to eliminate parents who order
right away from having to wait for those
ordering later, sometimes much later, all
poster orders are pre-paid.
Q. What if I don't pre-pay?
A. We do 2 print runs. Pre-orders and orders
made the day of the photo shoot are printed
approx. 2-3 weeks after your photo shoot.
Orders placed after your photo shoot are
printed approx. 4-6 weeks after your photo
shoot and shipped to you. Shipping and
handling charges will apply.
Q. Who will be in charge of proofing the
poster?
A. Whoever your team decides. It is usually
the team parent or coach who handles the
proofing process. Proofing typically
involves checking for spelling and making
sure every kid is in visible (and present!).
Q. What if I do not like how my kid looks in
the poster?
A. We take several different shots of the
team to ensure that we get the best shots.
If you do not like your child's photo, we
will switch it out with a better one.
Q. Do posters come framed?
A. No. Ask us where to find the best frames.
Q. Can I get an individual poster of my
child?
A. Yes! As a matter of fact, we have a
special discount for those parents ordering
a team poster. You will receive $30.00 off
your individual poster with team graphics
when purchasing a team poster. Also, fully
custom posters are available. There is no
discount on custom posters.
Q. What is an individual poster with team
graphics?
A. Individual posters in the team format,
incorporates all the same graphics, title,
credits, logos etc. as your team poster
super-imposed over a photo of your child.
This keeps the design time down and allows
us to give such a big discount.
Q. What if I order an individual poster and
then win the fundraiser?
A. No worries. You can either apply that to
a second poster or we will refund your
poster purchase.
Q. How long does it take to get my poster?
A. Typically, 2-3 weeks depending on the
proofing process.
Q. How will I receive my poster?
A. You
will receive your poster rolled in a poly-ethelyne
sleeve. They will be delivered to your coach
or team parent to distribute. If you order
after the photo shoot your poster will be
mailed to you. Shipping and handling charges
apply.
Q. Can I see the proof before it is printed?
A. We will proof your poster with your team
parent or coach until it is ready for print.
At that point, the team parent can send a
proof for the whole team to view.
